How to Delete Your Account

Account Deletion Process

If you wish to delete your Runathon AI account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

Open the Runathon AI app on your device.
Navigate to "My Profile" screen from the main navigation menu.
Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page.
Tap on "Delete My Account" button.
Confirm your decision when prompted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account information: Your email, name, and profile details.
Run data: All your recorded runs, including GPS routes, distances, paces, and timestamps.
Health and fitness data: Heart rate data and other health metrics synced from connected devices.
Training plans: All AI-generated training plans and personalized recommendations.
Run reports: Weekly AI reports and post-run analyses.
Achievements and progress: All unlocked achievements and personal records.
Subscription information: Your subscription status and purchase history (where legally permissible).

Important Information

⚠️This Action is Permanent and Immediate

Once you delete your account, all your data will be immediately and permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone. If you want to use Runathon AI again in the future, you will need to create a new account and start from scratch.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges:

iOS users: Cancel your subscription through the App Store settings before deleting your account.
Android users: Cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store settings before deleting your account.
